Prayer for Technology
As you embark about your streaming journey, this is a wonderful prayer for discernment in the use of technology.
Project Plan
The following project plan will be updated on a frequent basis.
Streaming Disclaimer
The following streaming disclaimer from the Diocese needs to be put in your weekly bulletin, posted on a sign as you enter your sanctuary, etc.:
“All church activities may be internet streamed, video recorded, and photographed for church uses. Entry on to the church campus or in to any church building constitutes consent to be streamed, videotaped, or photographed for church purposes. If you would like to be seated where you will not be filmed, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Thank you!”
Photo/Video Release Forms
There are two editable versions of photo/video release forms that St. James is currently using that you’re welcome to review, edit and use in your own congregation.
- One for use with minor (under 18) children
